Nature and the things that it creates; My parents; My beautiful girlfriend; My great friends; Challenges... it's great to be able to try new and difficult things whether it's a new climb or long run through the mountains; Anything that puts me in a position where I might feel scared, uncomfortable, excited, happy, anxious.... you get the idea.
Good company, good food, friends & family, and all sorts of other stuff. I love being able to go new places and see new things and appreciate parts of life that I'm not accustomed to. Getting excited about life and being fortunate enough to have the one that I do. A good cup of coffee and a sunrise or set.

I'm a certified personal trainer; Have practiced Yoga; been fortunate enough to travel all around the world from Costa Rica to Nicaragua to Brazil and Mexico surfing, hiking and backpacking; Practiced Jiu Jitsu and won a championship at Grappler's Quest; I've got a great job; Been climbing a lot lately and I can't get enough of it - it's a newer passion that has changed by perspective an view on a lot of how I choose to live life, like a lot of the predecessory sports I love to do have but in a much different way.
