Pro Guiding Service; ski - rock - alpine. We are a Washington Cascades based guiding service that offers the full range of guiding and instruction. Pro Guiding Service offers trips and instruction in ski touring, avalanche education, ski mountaineering, rock climbing, ice climbing and alpine climbing. PGS has developped a reputation for its high end ski mountaineering trips, but truly offers guided trips in every aspect of mountain travel in the Pacific North West, the BC Coast Range, the St. Elias Mountains, the Swiss, French and Italian Alps and as of fall of 2005 in Nepal. It is owned by Martin Volken, a Swiss UIAGM guide.
